WHAT WE DO

We work for the formation of a contemporary artistic archive that challenges the current hegemonic narrative through secularly silenced aesthetics.

The Association has a multicultural network of collaborators composed of artists, activists, writers and researchers with national and international partnerships, academic production but above all acting directly in invisible spaces, implementing anti-racist education through art and affectivity.

Our work is based on anti-racist education as a broad process that can be understood mainly outside the traditional classroom and it has been taken in the heart of Mouraria, which is one of the most gentrified neighborhoods in Lisbon where there is a stronghold of creative resistance maintained by African immigrants for decades.
